The nautical chart of Long Island Sound featuring the CT shoreline and Block Island are the waters of my Father’s side of the family worked as lobstermen and fishermen worked for many generations out of Noank, Connecticut. My next purchase will feature Montauk where I spent many days fishing out of the very prestigious Deep Sea Club.

Alligator Reef in the Florida Keys
In honor of the #swimalligatorreef event in Islamorada in the Florida Keys, I suggested this shirt I am wearing. Top Deck replied, sending me their design in less than 48 hours. So of course, I bought it. In the attached photo, you can see the Alligator reef Lightouse over my shoulder. It’s 4 miles away and that’s how far swimmers had to (and come back from) for the fundraising event. So a good caption for this photo with me in my new shirt should be “YOU ARE HERE!”
I was a kayaker escort for a work colleague who swam in the event.
