I had purchased this shirt for my son-in-law, and he wore it when we went fishing on my most recent visit to Massachusetts. "Captain Dave", the owner of the boat we were on, asked about the shirt a couple of times. After a successful outing, I knew it was the perfect thankyou gift. The size is generous and true. The 2XL was perfect for a 6'1" 220lb man, and the 3XL for a 6'3" 280lb man. The fact that the Merrimack River and Newburyport, our harbor of origin, are front and center just below the neckline made this a perfect representation of the coastline. Two shirts, two grateful recipients. The only downside is, as one Nebraska marketing slogan states, "We don't coast", so I can't buy a shirt to represent my home state!

2. Measure right edge to left edge of fabric under the sleeve to find half the of the chest circumference.
3. Double your measurement and match it to the chest measurement in the chart above.
