If you guessed that our manufacturing is overseas, you would be right (at least for the moment). It's the most affordable option until we grow a little bigger (tell everybody to order a shirt!) In fact, most of our shirts are made in Vietnam by a conscientious and high-quality manufacturer. We hold them to a high standard and they haven't let us down.
Every shirt is custom-sewn within two days when you place your order. Shipping is via air to the USA where orders are transferred to USPS for home delivery. Most orders arrive in about 3 weeks although it can take a few extra days depending on shipping volume. Thank you for understanding the time required for the custom creation of your shirt. Here's an easy way to check your size:
1. Lay a favorite good-fitting shirt flat with buttons fastened.
2. Measure right edge to left edge of fabric under the sleeve to find half the of the chest circumference.
3. Double your measurement and match it to the chest measurement in the chart above.
Between sizes? Go to the next larger size - this shirt is intended to be a loose, comfortable shirt and is not made of a stretchy material.

Chose the design that suited our 40th anniversary inner-passage cruise. Usual XL Fit is proper as expected for 6' / 218lb.
Overall material is polyester and only 5% spandex so don't expect much Stretch at all. The workmanship is really good. Glad we got it.

The shirt looked great. I actually bought two shirts. One of Matagorda Bay and the HHI one as gifts. Because my gut is so big the 2XL were not big enough for me but they were great for the family members I purchased them for.
I love the fit and quality of this shirt. It is soft and comfortable plus the uniqueness of the design is such fun. The shirt is a little bit warmer than I expected, I will be checking the store to see if there are any dry fit type fabrics available for a long sleeve look applicable for spring temperatures.

The only time we have extra art charges is for custom items like marina names, yacht club logos, and other custom additions.
